Law Firm Smolek & Škrinjar Ltd. was established in 2013 with headquarters in Zagreb, as a successor of the law offices of its founders - attorney Marko Smolek and attorney Ladislav Škrinjara. At this moment ODSS team consists of nine members who act in achieving the guiding principle of the founders – providing of the legal services at the highest professional level.

The mission of our Law firm is to provide you with timely, high-quality legal advice and comprehensive legal support in order to help in achieving business and personal goals, while also building a strong and mutually beneficial business relationships.

We have developed a legal practice aiming at the highest standards of professionalism and reliability by advising and representing foreign and domestic clients in their business in the Republic of Croatia.

We approach each task individually, taking into account the fact that we understand the needs of our clients, then we recommend the appropriate legal remedies and the most appropriate measures to protect the rights and interests of our clients.
