We draft and modulate labor ordinances, ordinances on systematization of the workplaces and payment of wages, as well as the individual employer decisions regarding the working hours, annual leave; warning on adhering according to the obligations from the employment contract and decisions on termination of the employment contract.
We particularly accent that all the aforementioned is dealt with equal competence for the companies as well as for the state offices and institutions, because of which we are completely familiar with all the special regulations regarding the public sector and the labor law conditions of the state and public officers, employees and state officials.
